Linda Costello

Linda Costello is a producing manager for Cherry Creek Mortgage Company.  She started on the ground floor of the mortgage business back in 1984 as a construction loan processor.  In her career she has experienced many positions in the financing side through out the many cycles of the real estate industry in Arizona.  She has consistently grown her business as a top producing loan officer in her region and company, along with managing a highly motivated and dedicated team.

A recognized professional in the field, she hosts local seminars for consumers and Realtors on topics of interest for First Time Homebuyers to Retirees.  She is active in community events and organizations as well as a frequent volunteer for charitable causes.  Due to the strong relationships she has grown and maintained with her business partners and clients, her business is nearly 100% by referral.

Linda is actively involved in seeking knowledge and understanding of the mortgage industry and it's role in the economy.  She is licensed by State and Federal regulations.  She has mastered the CMPS certification and has previously held her Realtor license.  She is currently enrolled in the Arizona Mortgage Lenders Association Leadership program.
